Jede Woche w\u00e4hlt er pers\u00f6nlich die Rinderkotelettst\u00fccke aus, die anschlie\u00dfend in den K\u00fchlkammern des Restaurants zwischen 50 und 60 Tage abh\u00e4ngen, was ihnen eine ganz pers\u00f6nliche Note verleiht.<\/p>\n<p>Auf der Speisekarte des Asador Bidea 2 dominieren saisonale Produkte sowie Rindfleisch aus Galizien, Ochsenfleisch und Wildfisch aus dem Golf von Biskaya von h\u00f6chster Qualit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n<p>Das Restaurant verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber einen gut gef\u00fcllten Weinkeller mit mehr als hundertachtzig Referenzen f\u00fcr jeden Geschmack. Die Desserts sind hausgemacht und traditionell wie z. B.
