Smell, aroma, taste…
In the Bertizarana Valley, 3km from Señorio de Bertiz, is the Arotxa Restaurant, a reference in the area, where the diner will enjoy local top quality products. The brothers Lacar decided in 2002 to start their adventure in this beautiful setting and located the restaurant in a stone house located in the middle of the village. Luismi and Bea prepare traditional, seasonal cuisine, where the emphasis is placed on the ingredients and their speciality is grilled rib steak. Each piece of meat is personally selected by Luismi, in addition to offering other preparations, such as mushroom risotto with foie gras, vegetables with foie gras and prawns. The dining room is waited on by Pedro who will guide you in satisfying your every
wish. Considered by many to be the reference chop steak in Navarre, the restaurant is located in an idyllic setting well worth a visit, where you can walk through the beech trees of Señorio de Bertiz.
