LA BIBLIOTECA
La Biblioteca offers a unique and singular environment in the Alma de Pamplona Gastronomic Hotel, located in the middle of nature on the banks of the Arga river. It has a bright, contemporary decor, which prepares the diner for the experience designed by the Chef Leandro Gil and his team.
They work in the kitchen in its immediate surroundings, where the protagonists are always the ingredients. These are respected to extreme levels, so as not to mask their flavours and to maintain the origin of the products. Leandro manages especially to transform the vegetables from the Navarre riverside into dishes full of nuances, resulting in a clean, fresh gastronomy, with original combinations that surprise the diner for both their daring and simplicity.
